This is a stunning doll. She is made by Marcia Backstrom in the USA. I dressed this doll in silk and genuine antique English lace.  The pictures do not do this doll justice. She has a rather well endowed lady and I have made the most of her "assets". Completely one of a kind. There will never be another doll like this one.

12th scale Pixie or Fairy.

This stunning doll was made by the fabulously talented Sally Hollinshead (see Links page for more details).

A non pose-able12th scale fairy, hand sculpted by SALLY from polymer clay. In her sitting position she measures 3.5 inches but would be approx 5.75 if standing. She has handmade inserted eyes and wings (which are not removable) and tiny individual lashes.

REF: DORIAN GREY AND HIS PAINTING

 This is a German Doll bought as a kit at Miniatura. I have dressed him in fine Victorian clothes and made a full size painting with gold style stand and a red velvet cover to hide the hideous painting hanging in the attic. I have made the cover so that it droops and we can see the ugly character.

This is the only one of these doll s I will do as it is so difficult to get a lovely faced male doll.

Edith has been sculpted & dressed by Joy of Adora Bella Minis  (see links page). This doll is a one of a kind 12th scale character doll.  She is soft bodied & completely poseable.

Edith measures 14cm (5 1/2").  So is a perfect 12th scale figure.

All her clothes are handmade & non removeable.  Her sensible shoes are made from fimo. 

She is wearing a cream jumper with a trim down the front,  a patterned skirt with her old fashioned overall over the top which is tied at the back.   Her bloomers are white with a lace trim.

Edith comes complete with her duster.
