Madame De Tourvel.
This lady doll is a 1:12th scae porcelain doll. She is dressed in a red flouncy Can-Can dress with layers of blck lace and white petticoat. She is in a fixed seated position and is holding a mirror. The stool is included with the doll. She is wearing long black gloves and black stockings with red and gold detail flat shoes.
The doll was made-up, wigged and dressed by me (Val Harper)

This is a stunning doll. She is made by Marcia Backstrom in the USA. I dressed this doll in silk and genuine antique English lace. The pictures do not do this doll justice. She has a rather well endowed lady and I have made the most of her "assets". Completely one of a kind. There will never be another doll like this one.

This is a stunning doll by the American Artisan Marcia Backstrom. Dressed by me in a deep rust silk dress which is overlayed in genuine antique lace, this really is a stunning one of a kind doll. There will never be another like this.
