This was entirely a free hand sculpture by Ann Rose who spent many days working on this item to get it perfect. There is so much attention to detail.
No Molds were used to make this beaustiful item which is all Ann's own design. It will never be repeated.
This has been handmade wth Polymer clay and mixed media then sealed to give it a nice finish. Ann has adapted real peacock feathers to give this a realistic look
The "eyes" of the feathers have all been hand made using polymer clay
and acrylic paint.
This miniature is signed, and comes complete with an authentication certificate.

VICTORIAN FISH TAXIDERMY BOX
Hand carved by Dave Williams.
This is a bream that was carved, painted and then varnished so it looks like victorian taxidermy.
Dave also made the box, which has a 1mm sheet of acetate (artificial glass) on the front. Dave worked the box so it looks a bit aged, so would look good in a dolls house antique shop.
Box measures 2-13/16" (72mm) long, 1-13/16" ( 46mm )tall, 11/16" (18mm) deep.

ARTIST'S USED FILLED PAINT BOX
I designed this artist's paint box which was then handmade by Mr. Lester, an English miniature furniture maker. I handmade all the little used tubes of paint and the real bristle brushes.
The pallete fits inside the lid and is held inplace by two swivelling brass pins. All but two of the brushes are fixed in place, as are the watercolours in the front of the box. All the tubes of paint are loose.

Do you have any dolls or dolls houses with pretentions of grandeur, if so, then make them happy with this elaborate daybed. It is an empire style daybed with a canopy which is attached to the bed itself as a complete unit. It doesn't need to be attached to a wall in your dolls house it will stand independantly. The curtains are gold coloured organza with aged lace trim and the body of the bed is ivory slub silk. It has seven cushions in various colours. These are not attached to the bed and can be arranged as you prefer.
The bed is a 1:12th scale miniature and stands 8 inches tall and 8 inches wide including the drape of the curtains.

This is an artisan handcrafted item.
This is a precious wood saddle stand with leather accents handcrafted in dollhouse (1/12) scale by Shirley Peterson of "Prestige Leather" miniatures. The saddle stand measures 2 3/4" tall, 1 3/4" deep and 1 1/4" wide. It features leather ends which are "branded" with horse head insignia. This fabulous item is a wonderful copy of a real Victorian medical implement. This was used to study pressure and flow through the urinary tract and bladder. It was designed around a real piece of apparatus on display in the museum of medical history, Florida as part of the Goldbeyer Collection.
