Payment and Postage costs:
I prefer payment by cheque or postal order. However, I will accept paypal. Up to a value of £34.00, all items are sent recorded delivery. Items with a higher value are either sent special delivery or with full insurance.
Please note: in order to minimise my size 8 Carbon Footprint , I always recycle packaging which I know meets with your approval.
Postage is therefore as follows:
orders up to £15.00 - £1.80 P & P
orders £15.01 to £30.00 - £3.25 P & P
orders £30.01 to £50.00 - £4.25 P & P
orders £50.01 to £500.00- £5.75 P & P
International buyers:
Payment by paypal only please. Please contact me for postage costs. International signed for is used. I will send a paypal request which includes the correct postage rate for countries outside the British mainland and it's islands. It has become necessary to only send items to confirmed paypal addresses.
Items are sent as soon as possible after receipt of cleared payment . I will email to advise when item/s have been despatched. Please allow 7 days before contacting me if you have not received your item/s.
The post office will be liable for items damaged in the post and claims cannot be processed within 18 working days if item is 'lost in the post'.
I will accept returns within 14 days of receipt as long as they are returned in the same original condition and packaging and the buyer pays return postage for which they should obtain a receipt from a reputable carrier.
